The only way to keep it straight for a long period of time is to get it professionally straightened. Should cost around $75 but it is worth it if it lasts for 6-8 months. Higher end straighteners, like Chi or Sedu, will do a better and faster job. You should ask your friends what brand they use. Or try turning up the heat on your iron and using a straightening product.=)

You have to use a really good straightener like Chi. I really don't think it is possible to straighten it in under 15 minutes though even with a good straightener.Maybe 20 or 25 minutes. Always remember to use a spray in heat protector every time you use a hot tool. Good luck

no it won't burn it. you may see some steam coming out when you run the straightener down your hair shaft but it's not burning it or at least it shouldn't be. If your hair looks burnt when you're done then your straightener maybe too hot.

hi....whatever u do, dont use any chemicals. if you're straightening, use a ceramic one....its better that you dont do things that will damage ur hair to make it straight.
