Heyyyy lol, I know i've been asking alot of hair questions... buttt.. I'm sorta nervous about this... lol... I think I may have to go to a salon to get my hair straightened.... but I'm nervous of what the people will say lol.. anddd... how my hair would come out in the end... lol. Any help... sorta...

Or should I just chop the dum 'fro off cause I'm getting annoyed with all this hair crap but I'm gonna miss my hair lol

Hey that is what the beauticians are there for. Don't be embarrassed! I would call first and tell them what you want and make sure that someone will do you hair that would be good at it!

Yeah go for it, you can get a relaxer put in it so it is permanently straightened untill it grows out. It works really well Ive had it done before and I had straight hair for about 5 months. But make sure you have them give you a deep conditioning treatment afterward cuz it can damage your hair a little.

My suggestion, DO NOT CHEMICALLY STRAIGHTEN YOUR HAIR!!!! It will fry it, be extremely brittle and break off easy. I have naturally curly hair so I know how it is to straighten it daily but in the long run it's much better for your hair.

you should get a relaxer at a salon. They won't say anything bad. They should be very professional...if they aren't you have every right to leave before they even start. At least go get a consultation. Most salons offer them for free, then you can find out the answers to all ur questions. They will know what kind of relaxer is best for your hair and they can tell you how to maintain it. good luck

hm....if you want pin strait har i would suggust a chi straightener...then you can straighten your hair whenever you want.
