it happened to my hair. but im not sure if it was with the cerium.
If you apply hair cerium on your hair then go over it with the straightening iron, will it burn?
no it won't burn it. you may see some steam coming out when you run the straightener down your hair shaft but it's not burning it or at least it shouldn't be. If your hair looks burnt when you're done then your straightener maybe too hot.

Its shoudn't do :) , just remember to put heat protection spray on your hair !!
