depending on your nationality, I would say paul mitchel gloss drops and super skinny serum, I however am mixed and have frizzy hair, so when I don't use paul mitchel I use Pink Lotion oil sheen, because I don't use greese in my hair. My friends that don't have frizzy hair, don't put anything, they just straighten it.

I don't know something to put on before, but I know something for after. I put on biosilk after I blowdry and straighten my hair. It makes it silky, shiny (in a good way), and not frizzy. You just put a little on, rub it in your hands and put it all over your hair (it even smells good). You will definately see a difference.
