Is it safe to get your hair straightened twice in a month?

I got my hair straightened yesterday.

They have become straight however, to reduce the frizz i would want to get the same treatment done once again.

DO you think it would be a safe idea to do so? Please advise..

I was told that you have to wait for at least 8-12 weeks. Have your hair "relaxed", it may have a more lasting effect than just straightening it.

well I'm black so i pretty much have to straighten it almost every day. my hair does frizz thas only if it gets wet. i try not to straighten it every day because the heat can damage my hair. i usually have it on a low heat. plus i buy hair lotion that protects my hair from the heat and keeps it healthy.
