no it is actually worse! it better to stay away from it as far as possible. the heat from them creats things like split ends and dry frizzy hair. let your hair air dry without the heat.

I was in beauty school for a while and they said straightening was worse because the heat is so much higher with the iron. Although, I always thought my hair seemed to get more split ends when I would blow dry it alot.

Neither is good, leaving it to naturally dry is better, but if you put some heat protection in, it should help protect it from being damaged. Make sure you use heat protecting products otherwise you hair would become dry, dull, and damaged soon!

Blow drying is better then using an iron because of the heat but it makes your hair frizzier then using an iron.

Neither. Heat dries and damages. If you are going to do either, moderation (ie. don't do it all the time) and use a product to protect your hair first.

if you over use your Straighteners on a very high heat, it can burn and damage your hair quite badly in the end.

Neihter they both can cuz heat trouble which couses hair loss yestersday i got a press and curl blow dry and flat iron it made my hair look good but dont do that often cuz it could mees your hair up. so be careful

hiii they are all saying that it is bad for your hair and it is but my sister and I just put a littlebit oil in our hair to straightening it (oresomething im dutch and don't speak english ;] )

so if you use oil you won't get dry hair oresomething ;)

straightening is way worse for your hair. I recomend just blowdrying and keeping the nozzle away from your hair for less damage, but the way to go is always letting it dry naturally
