I have naturally curly hair, but i have been straightening it for awhile and now it won't go cu

My daughter has this problem too. Stop straightening for a while. If you have long hair cut it so there won't be so much weight on your hair. Try air drying your hair after you wash it . This usually gets her curl back .

Mine did that to. just stop straightening it and keep getting it wet and scrunching it.

Get a hair cut. Straightening can not change the genetic make up of your hair, you have managed I guess to semi-permanently change the hair from where it can first be taken by the flat iron on down. If it is very long weight is also playing a role.

you've probably fried your hair the best thing to do is not straighten it for a while and let it get back to normal. Also deep conditioning would really help

if you're not in a hurry.. then wait for your natural hair to grow back..

if you are.. then try the curlers..

Your hair is actually "trainable"...I have naturally curly hair as well. Once you keep a certain hairstyle for awhile, your hair gets "trained" to stay that way. All you need to do is, after you wash your hair, towel dry it and put a curl boosting gel on it...flip your head upside down and tousle your hair from the roots then scrunch your hair up towards your head. Do this for a minute and then, flip your head back over while holding it scrunched up towards your scalp. Gently let your hair down and dry on a low heat setting. This should help re-train your hair to get back to its natural curl! Good luck!
