Is there any kind of shampoo and/or conditioner to help straighten and relax my hair? I have a huge wave and curls in the front that I can't get rid of without cutting my hair short.

Try the shampoo and conditioner from the new Herbal Essences line - it works well and has another straightening product that you can purchase with it. Good luck!

umberto giannini produces an excellent straightening shampoo and conditioner. i'm not entirely sure they'll give you the results you're looking for, but it definitely staightens as advertised. it's not terribly pricey, and it smells nice and clean.

Matrix Sleek Look smoothing system. Its in an orange bottle and they also have hairspray to. Makes your hair really soft and smooth and smells good.

I was told one time by a sylist that Prell shampoo is so strong that if you leave it in long enough it will act as a perm?
