Redken Heat Glide Protecter is really good to use before blowdrying/flat iron... it smells good too. Also, TreSemme Heat Protector is also really good however if you use too much it gives your hair a weird texture.

I recommend using a leave-in after you wash your hair and then a protective spray when you straighten it.

I personally love Chi Silk Infusion,It's a hair serum that protects it and leaves it silky smooth. All you need is a dime size amount if you have fine hair.A little goes a long way. Then you style as usual after.I usually blow-dry after...sometimes air dry.It doesn't matter really.

If you're using a flat-iron...a heat protectant spray is great.I like Matrix Vavoom Gold Heat Protective Spray.

When straightening...I just spray the section i'm doing...brush through it and then iron it.Also...it helps set the style. My hair usually gets wavy after a few hours but it stays stick straight using this.

My hair feels *alot* healthier now since using both products.

You can buy both at salons or at Trade Secret

There's also many of products to choose from.

try looking at the reviews on makeupalley.com

It's a beauty website that has product reviews on pretty much any brand you can think of.

I swear by it now :)
